At Piagetrefined, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their luxury watch purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a comprehensive refund and return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    You may return any unused and unworn luxury watch purchased from Piagetrefined within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

  2. Return Process:

    to receive return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping and Handling Costs:
    The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Refund Process:
    Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

  5. Non-Refundable Items:
    Custom orders, personalized engravings, and sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded. Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items:
    If you receive a damaged or defective watch, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.

  7. Exchanges:
    If you wish to exchange your watch for another model, you may do so within the 14-day return period, provided the watch is in its original condition. Any price differences between the exchanged items will need to be settled at the time of the exchange.
